Refunds: To be eligible for a full refund, a request for a refund must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled individual session or the first scheduled session in a coaching package. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. If you miss our scheduled time, that session will be counted as a completed session in your package. In the event I need to reschedule with you in less than 24 hours, you will receive an additional coaching session free of charge.
