"There is so much that I can say about the Immersion into Consciousness 1:1 coaching program, but will try to keep it short and pointed. There is no amount of measure that can fully describe what was cultivated, learned and attained in this 4-day 1:1 coaching experience. For anyone that feels like they have greater potential, I highly recommend Cheryl and her Immersion into Consciousness coaching. "Good morning Cheryl, Wow, the stars and planets and moons have truly been aligning this week. Yippee!! I'm so grateful for our ritual of the full moon on Monday. I deeply and truly love, adore, and yearn for ceremonies and rituals. It feeds my soul and my cells on such an incredibly deep level. I found myself this week taking moments and lighting a speck of sage with the prayer, taking a moment to close my eyes and take a breath and say a prayer, and especially paying attention to all four corners of my space.... And then you showed me ways to connect back to my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.Through our work and my meditation (practice) I became connected back to my physical body and felt totally supported between Mother Earth and Spirit in perfect polarity. And I connected back to my relationship with my husband (in a) loving way. (I can) see in my husband's face and in the words he uses that he knows I'm back... and he's thrilled. I'm inspired to exercise every day, meditate, pray, nurture my body with foods, tell myself I love myself in the mirror every day, saw a Chinese herbalist and have begun a liver cleanse, is just the beginning of the list. My vestibular system and balance are much stronger. My eye does not involuntarily water constantly. My eyes feel less strain, more balanced, and my vision feels to be balancing and improving. This was my primary intention that I put out to the Universe when we began our work, though I have achieved so much more in our 12 weeks we have worked together. "Let me first start by saying I do not like "life coaches". Just the mere definition of the word pains me. I have met my fair share of "life coaches" that are merely “out of work, wealthy people looking for something to do”. Add “control freaks” to this definition as well. "It was 2009 and I had recently returned from a 5-year stint of living overseas with my husband. The overseas living had taken a toll on me emotionally and physically. My international journey was very profound, humbling and educational. However, my
marriage was far from intact. I decided that returning to my home country would be just what I needed and, together, my husband and I would be able to reconnect and repair our marriage. We bought a home, close to our family and friends,
and settled into normal, everyday life. I soon discovered that our marital issues were not a result of where we were living but, were, in fact, deeply rooted into our beings and our relationship. We decided to separate and eventually divorce. Shortly after the divorce, I was absolutely convinced that I was the victim and my former husband was the villain. I was bitter, resentful and determined to guilt him into taking personal responsibility for all that I had been through and all he had done to me. I began working with Cheryl and she carefully introduced the concept of "Mirror, Mirror". The concept evaded me at first until we did this profound exercise in which, on one side of a page, I outlined all of the good qualities of my ex-husband (things I appreciated and admired about him). On the other side of the page, I outlined the "bad" qualities deemed by me (things that annoyed me or were less then desirable). Cheryl and I then went through each item, one by one. I could relate to every one of the (qualities), good or bad, and recognized that each of those qualities were innately part of my personality as well. I learned on that day one very important life lesson: what we recognize in others is present in ourselves. My healing and forgiveness truly began after that session with Cheryl. For the first time, I was willing and able to take personal responsibility for my part in the breakdown of my marriage. I realized that the person I needed to forgive and let off the hook was actually myself. There was something
very freeing in this. It was that day that I truly found inner peace and happiness. I apply the Mirror, Mirror concept in my life EVERY day. There is no circumstance or instance that it does not apply. No one is responsible for making me feel a certain
way and no one is responsible for changing his or her beliefs, values, thoughts, feelings or perceptions in order for me to feel better. That, to me, is true freedom."

"I once perceived myself as a victim, a skeptic, and a non believer. I had no faith, poor structure, diet and awful communication skills. Where do you begin to rehab yourself from conditions such as these? I had every excuse to try and help myself and every excuse not to try. I needed to break patterns, break addictions and stop using excuses such as; I forgot, didn’t I tell you, I was meaning to do that, I did not know I was supposed to do that, it’s not my fault, it’s so hard for me.So, one day I had an opportunity to sit in on a guided meditation with YSC to help me reconnect to my own Source- and have a relationship with God. I now have a personal relationship with what I call God. I have learned to separate out all emotion that does not serve me feeling good or being in harmony with the universe - the people , places and situations in my life. "Last December I gave myself a Christmas gift--a 12-week session with Cheryl. My initial goal was to lose weight, something I’ve been trying to do my entire life, but also to gather the strength that I needed to make the changes in my life I’ve been wanting for a long time, but didn’t have the courage to do. I was struggling and needed some guidance. Cheryl catapulted me into life. As I reflect on this past year, I have lost weight and changed my body with Cheryl’s jump-start nutritional program and the help of a trainer (Cheryl’s guidance helped me to indulge myself in signing up for an intense, life-changing exercise/fitness program). So many things made sense and I felt myself “allowing” this wonderful transformation to take place in me. I am awestruck by the growth I experienced this past year. I feel stronger, physically.
