Inspiration to help you find your own way

Do you let small irritations, challenges and changes in your life get the best of you? We allow these things to distract us and lose our focus. When this happens, it’s important to stop, look within and listen to Source Inspiration.
It is often hard to remember during these times that all life conditions are first created in consciousness, through mental and emotional view point, and then these creations naturally manifest on the outer plane as objective reality. Ideally we want our viewpoint to be free to travel wherever we desire, viewing life in the way we choose, in contrast to having our viewpoint predisposed with conditions outside our Source Perspective. When viewing problems in my own life, my mind comes up with several feasible approaches or correctives, often making a simple solution difficult. I often see many ways of handling a problem and soon become paralyzed as each approach negates itself. When I take the time to engage in a Spiritual Exercise I can separate the viewpoint from my mind’s passion to make things overly complex. I then rise above the mental tendencies and see my Source’s viewpoint. By engaging in Spiritual Exercise, I am attempting to free my Soul’s viewpoint over my mental and emotional energy patterns. One spiritual exercise that I engage is chanting/ singing the sound “HU.” Throughout the ages, followers of many spiritual traditions have used prayer, the singing of holy words, contemplation or meditation to bring themselves into alignment with their Source Perspective. In the same way, I have discovered HU, an ancient name for God, and sing it for my spiritual freedom. Regardless of your beliefs or religion, you can sing HU to become happier and more secure in your Source connection and God’s love! I invite you to try this simple spiritual exercise. It has helped me and people of many different faiths open their hearts more fully to the uplifting presence of Source and God’s love. To do the exercise, first get comfortable. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Next, gently put your attention on your inner visual screen where daydreams and images come to you. With your eyes closed, chant/sing HU (pronounced like the word hue) as a song of love. You may notice a feeling of peace, warmth, and comfort. You may also recognize the presence of the Divine through greater spiritual insights in your daily life. There are many ways to experience your Source connection and the love of God. When singing HU and sitting in quiet contemplation, you might also perceive the inner Light and Sound of Source. The Light may appear as brightness or colors on your inner visual screen. The Sound may be musical or the sounds of nature, such as the wind or the ocean. I often hear birds or the sound of a conch shell being blown. However you experience the presence of God, it is bringing you a broader understanding of the life you lead. As you chant HU with love for twenty minutes a day, the mental and emotional viewpoints that constrain Soul will begin to release perspective. Not all at once, but very slowly, at a rate you can understand and accept. As these viewpoints are released, Soul rises in spiritual freedom. Now, isn’t this a wonderful way to not sweat the small stuff?
