Dear Friend,

Dysfunctional aspects of patriarchy that we have experienced in more private, personal moments are now being openly exposed on the national stage.

People are feeling triggered, venting and processing.

Woman and men around the world are getting in touch with feelings they may have locked down years ago, feeling that they didn’t have a safe place to speak in the past are now – surfacing to be addressed, publicly and privately around the world.

By the age of 15 I understood what it felt like to be repeatedly and violently violated mentally, emotionally and physically, to not feel safe enough to speak about my experiences and to be abandoned by my family, religion and the justice system. And then how that “not feeling safe or secure” drove my empty relationship cycles of rejection, victim/villain, blame/shame, right/wrong, good and bad – and when I looked out into the world what I saw reflected was much of the same. Behind my brave face I was hiding accelerated swings of successes and failure, I felt defeated, confused, depressed, and full of anxiety and terror all the time.

My story is like many other women in the world.

By the age of 21 I had left organized religion, had no faith in our justice system and political platforms and began my deep dive into the – spiritual roots of my human experience. In doing this I learned I needed to grow, to take personal responsibility for my perspective of what had and was happening within me and around me in the world.

I decided my life was a call to rise, expand and transform my story and personal legacy and in doing so extend the good, the holy and the beautiful to the world, in turn transforming our collective legacy.

This became my passion, purpose and intention: to know myself as Sovereign Goddess of my own Universe, Source Reliant, Interdependent and Free! And to be the walking permission (needed now more than ever) for each woman to do the work necessary to set her soul free from the weight and baggage of her personal identity, her story, her cherished beliefs and opinions; to unchain herself from all that keeps her bound to limitations within her ego mind and within the society she finds herself contained and to be a Sovereign Goddess of her world, uplifting and Inspiring a New World collective!
