Many clients are reaching out to me deeply distressed about the current state of politics and recent events. I understand. It is challenging to watch the news or read a newspaper without feeling dismay.
 
But, to create positive change in the world, we must move from dismay to intention. In addition to intentionally advocating for causes you care about, I coach clients to intentionally send light into the universe by leading with love. Tap into your intuition and you'll understand the potential and power of love.

Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world.
All things break. And all things can be mended.
Not with time, as they say, but with intention.
So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally.
