Dear Friend,
Do you find that your negative judgment about others and tense interactions with them drags you down? What if you could transform that angst and disapproval into love and acceptance? Resist rehashing stories about others with people who validate your perspective. Instead, align your energy with the universal energy of life and focus instead on metta. Your higher self will always offer guidance. The key is to use your will to align with divine guidance and the positive experience you desire. No need to manipulate, control or use force in your interactions with others. Instead, surrender deeply to the power of love and highest good of all.
