Road Trip-Transformation on the Beach
~ Following is the summary of eight blog entries that tracked a 3-day, in-person, 1:1 coaching experience that took place in late September 2016 ~
I love road trips, especially when the destination is transformation on the beach!
In my role as a Conscious Leadership Coach, I love working with personal and professional leaders, couples, families, small groups, teams and 1:1 with individuals. I facilitate transformation via phone or Skype and in person at my client’s place of business, my home office, a community shared office and resort retreat settings all over the world. It is as delightful as it sounds!
Tomorrow (Sunday, 9/25), I will combine two of my favorite experiences. In the morning I will leave on a road trip with a client traveling from AZ to Mission Beach in San Diego, CA and we will enter into a 3-day Immersion into Consciousness – an alchemical process of transformation. Woohoo! I am in heaven! Road trip destined to assist liberation and expansion of consciousness. Oh my, yummy! Very honored and excited to uplift and inspire consciousness in this way!
I have purchased the audio book Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill for the 6 hour ride there, just to get the pot stirring.

Transformation Destination Reached!
Ha! So good to be at the beach! It’s been such a long dry spell on the desert!
Settling in, shifting focus and chilling before we immerse ourselves into early morning sacred ceremony to get us grounded and ready for work.

Day 1 – Immersion into Consciousness – 1:1 Coaching
Day one of my 1:1 client Immersion into Mapping Consciousness has begun. I have set our table for opening ritual and ceremony of aligning with the energies of the Seven Directions and Sacred Circle.
Honoring the Seven Directions is a widespread spiritual practice in ancient and contemporary Nature wisdom traditions. For me, honoring the directions is an essential component of all of my rituals. It is a way to create and to connect with sacred space and also a way of communing with Nature. Furthermore, aligning with guidance through the Seven Directions can be a way of mapping consciousness and viewing human life.
I work with the Seven Directions in my personal spiritual practice, in doing healing, coaching and trusted advisor work, and in guiding group rituals. The Seven Directions are an integral part of my holistic worldview and provide a framework for understanding and action. My use of harmonizing with the Seven Directions emerged from my studies of shamanism and alchemy.
I love being of value and participating in uplifting and inspiring in this way.

As the Sun Sets – Day 1
Sun is setting on day one of my 1:1 client Immersion into Mapping Consciousness. Courage and compassion are leading. Awareness is emerging. Healing is happening. All is well!

“Your prayers, intentions, surrender, and trust in the Divine Will of Creator does matter. Take steps to transform what needs adjustment, clear your plate of that which does not serve you. Receive help, forgive and embrace all of you.
The medicine of this card is asking you to know this suffering will pass and never give up. Think of an oak tree growing out of a rock with little or no soil. So determined to live. This is Perseverance, this is the power of life. This is God, the sun, and the love light giving life. This is you shining through despite circumstances.”

Day 3 of immersion begins and I was reminded on my beach run this morning that I am here in San Diego, because my client has an affinity for the ocean and surfing – he loves it!
I asked him for a quote that could sum up “one take away” so far from our work together, and there you have it!

Immersion into Consciousness Conclusion – Courage & Freedom
Day 3 of my 1:1 immersion with an awe-inspiring, courageous man has come to an end. He is going home with many takeaways!! I always appreciate how each individual personalizes and reflects back his or her experience of our work together. In those moments of them sharing with me, I am most joyful and grow so much in the process. In those moments, I form new takeaways for myself.
I was most moved by and reminded that everyone’s nature is “innately free”. It has nothing to do with what anyone is doing or perceptions of good or bad. Freedom is your nature and that nature is ever available to you. True Freedom is a spiritual state. Your Spirit is never bound or imprisoned.
Peace and Blessings!

Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
