My Open Heart

My open heart is intuitive intelligence and the center of my Creator Source energy.

Judgment, fear, even stress will close my heart. Projecting blame onto those who I have perceived to hurt or betray or abandon me causes my heart to harden. Without my heart open, it becomes impossible for me to connect to my higher Soul matrix. I have learned that until I acknowledge and take personal responsibility to release my pain consciously, I cannot open my heart. I know my placement of attention on my Breath connects my awareness to my Inner Sanctum and is a direct doorway to my Higher Self / intuitive intelligence and Creator Source energies. I feel most at peace in this place and from this sweet spot all well-being abounds.
