Perception Is Everything

And there is only one thing that matters when it comes to shifting your perception of reality, and that is “your willingness” to let go of an idea that is not serving you. All that you need to do in order to let go of the idea that keeps you stuck in a certain point of view is to open yourself up to the possibility that another idea might serve you better.

I love to get upside down when turning in and sourcing new perspectives! Head stands, shoulder stands and hanging upside down from trees help bring new idea’s into focus! I’ve been practicing back bends on my new toy-Feet Up trainer ( seen in this pic) while opening myself more to the idea that “I am, we all are, multi-dimensional energy beings” and can create with non-physical energy.

I am talking about the energy that we receive from within us, all around us, Source, our guides, angels, higher frequency beings who just want to help, and from so many other sources that we have available to us- the earth, sun, moon, stars, elements etc. We don’t have to do it all ourselves, and we certainly don’t have to do it all with what is available to us in this physical realm. In this perspective we are all capable of being free and unlimited beings!

Can you imagine what you could create if you opened yourself up to the idea that you have access to energy resources from within you and the non-physical world?
