The Root Chakra

Chakras in my experience have been both complex and very interesting. Ultimately a pathway to understanding myself as an energetic and intuitive being.
The root chakra is the base of the energy system and provides energy to other chakras, so if it’s blocked or unbalanced, your other chakras likely are as well. It vibrates at the frequency of red and when open and flowing energetically is grounding us in our oneness with Earth Mama and deepest sense of Wellbeing.
Just like a laying the foundation for a for a strong, stable and resilient building, making sure that your chakras have a firm foundation—with a balanced root chakra—is crucial to having a healthy, open and resilient chakra system and life force.
You will begin to feel confident, stable and physically alive as you tap into your own renewable energy via a balanced root chakra.
