We are always changing, and those who are awake and aware of their subtle shifts and changes have the choice to relax and allow the inner transformation to shape the outer realty. When this happens we often find that our former self-made agreements and decisions have served their purpose and do not align with our new views, needs and desires for expression. This can be very uncomfortable and create discomfort for self and others.

You are ultimately responsible for cherishing and valuing your life.

The issue of resistance to "adjusting" is in the mind and it's okay to reassess, say no, let go and rise to higher planes of manifested reality where the people, places, and situations exist for your next accelerated growth. Accepting responsibility for your life and relinquishing the stance of victimhood will free your thought patterns and untie the knots of powerless thinking. The more you know about who you are, and the more you are willing to see your life as a significant and purposeful expression of consciousness, the greater the involvement will be.

The key to transformation is knowing that nothing is fixed and always in movement.
Growth is the outcome whether slow or rapid. It's very necessary to know how to release, be fluid, flowing, flexible and adaptable.   Only you know when your mind resists what the body, heart, and spirit have come to accept. Clear and transparent Communication with Source, Self and Other is what's necessary to find the alignment for the changes to serve the liberation of the old and celebration of the new and higher choices and agreements to arise.
