Dear Friend,

Our relationships are the path for Self-Evolution and offer the conditions we need to grow and deepen in our core connection to – health, wealth, happiness and well being! Our primary relationship is between our personality and higher, broader Source/Spirit self. All other relationships are informing and assisting us with a better understanding of how we are doing in our core connection – a mirroring of the quality of intimacy between our personality and Higher Self. All relationships include an interweaving of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual energies that playout with people, health, money, and various human experiences. And…ALL relationships hold the potential to help us see and love our shadow patterns and creations as well as our light patterns and creations - this is the path of self-awareness on our journey of growth. The path of self-awareness is the evolution up the scale of consciousness, knowing one’s self as Love and healing one’s self-esteem through relating. When we accept this as a truth, life naturally begins to become easier and more satisfying on our journey of Self-Evolution.

There are many ways we can travel on the path and engage in growing our core connection as there are many teachers, philosophies, practices, and tools available to assist us on the path of self-awareness. There is not a right way or a wrong way – they all have value.  The variety of choices helps to serve us in deepening connection to our core perspectives. I choose to practice conscious breathing, meditation, sound, movement, Tantra and massage as ways to nurture, ground and expand in my Source connection and consciously participate in my Self-Evolution. I engage my Alchemical and Shamanic principles, tools, rituals, and ceremonies to focus and manifest broader perspectives.  I partner with coaches, teachers, the natural world and like-minded practitioners to uplift and inspire me. 

Deepening your intimate Source connection is a path and journey, how you travel is a personal responsibility. You can begin now by taking a few minutes to relax, close your eyes and tune into your breath. Breathe in a mindful manner, tracking your inhale and exhale. Deepen your connection to your breath -- inhale peace, exhale Joy -- ♥
